You are able to pay your bill by either calling the Billing Department or online via our Payment Portal.

PATIENT FAQ
Why did I Receive a Bill?
Our independent laboratories provide laboratory testing services to clinics throughout Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi to help provide physicians with crucial health information that helps inform quick and effective treatment.
Most independently operating physicians do not have access to laboratory testing in-office. If you have visited your physician in the past and had a blood, respiratory, or other sample collected during your visit, it is possible that the sample was sent to our facility for testing at the request of your physician. Our facilities bill for the services we provide separately from any services your physician may have provided in-office during your visit.
The offices that our facilities service do not accept payment on our behalf, so any payments made during your visit would not apply to services provided by our independent facilities. Because we are a separate provider from your physician, we may have also billed your medical insurance if that information was provided. Any amount owed, would be the difference between what your insurance paid and the contractual discount; leaving the cost-share as your patient responsibility.
What is RT-PCR?
Real time RT–PCR is a nuclear-derived method for detecting the presence of specific genetic material in any pathogen, including a virus. It stands for reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.
Our RT-PCR test accurately identifies viruses, bacteria, fungi, and parasites with easy specimen collection and a next day turnaround time. This aids providers in administering fast and effective treatment to you
When can I expect my results?
You can expect your results the next day from your physician's office. Respiratory Panels by the next morning. All other testing will be available by the following afternoon.
