PGL + PCL is committed to maintaining the highest level of compliance with CLIA and CAP standards as well as state and federal rules and regulations. PGL + PCL follows an established compliance plan in accordance with federal guidelines for HIPAA and OIG requirements.

Any compliance concerns, including marketing or billing concerns, should be addressed to our compliance department via the Compliance Hotline or the Compliance Inquiry form below. 

Please leave your name, an email address or phone number where you can be reached, and a message describing your compliance concern in as much detail as possible. All reports are treated with respect and confidentiality. No one will retaliate against any person making a report in good faith. 

You have the option to report anonymously. Your anonymity will be respected. However, anonymous reporting does not allow us to follow up with you if we determine that we need more information to investigate a potential issue. If you report anonymously, please provide as much detail as possible in your message.
